And now for something completley different

My mommy and sissy went tent camping last week for a few days. I decided to spend a night with them. All i know is that my mom must be a jedi or something, because she used her mind trick on the weak minded (that would be me) to convince me, not only to spend the night, but also to wake up at 5:30 the next morning to walk down the beach. It was a walk with the park ranger lady and about 15 other little 7-something year-olds looking for loggerhead sea turtles.
Long story short: i was very tired on Friday. And no turtles were found. But hind sight's 20/20!

Here's a picture of the campfire.

I do like camping, just not going to work the next morning. I would have thoroughly enjoyed the walk in the morning if i would have had the day off or something.

Yesterday a man from Bulgaria (that is working here this summer) got in touch with my dad, and said he wanted to come to our church. He has been saved at the beginning of this summer and was very excited to learn more about our God. But it was funny, Bulgaria is the only country in the world that has the 'yes' & 'no' head nods backwards. So for a while, we were asking him some questions and he was thinking he was saying yes but got us all confused. We had a good laugh once it was all sorted out.

Ya not much else....oh wait:

"GARDEN VALLEY, Texas (AP) -- Previously unreleased music by the late Christian singer-songwriter Keith Green is about to become available.

Green and two of his children were killed 25 years ago this month when their private plane crashed on his ministry's Texas ranch.

The accident doused one of the brightest lights in the Jesus Movement, a youthful Christian counterculture. Green was posthumously inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.

An iTunes release with music never before heard by the public, but saved by his widow, Melody, is planned for August, and more material is to be released next year.

In the 25 years since her husband's death, Melody Green, now 60, has remarried and divorced, suffered a stroke, and sold the Texas property to Teen Mania."
