ONE MORE DAY!!!! Yep, i only have to make it through friday , and then a week of nothing but sleep!!! (or something)

I guess my plans for spring break are to got to columbia and visit the college dudes while the sister has to take some kinda test thing. I plan on visiting at least two college campuses: USC (duh) and North Greenville University. I've heard great things about it so i'll give it a lookee. I will also plan to visit Columbia international for the same reason.

i better get to bed now so i can make it through friday.

not much

ya, not much has been happening. Although, yesterday i went to guitar lessons, did yard work and went a birthday party. I was out of the house from 10 AM till 11:20ish PM. All in all, a very good day.

I have off tomorrow for teacher work day!! Then SPRING BREAK next week.

haha. Just kidding. I'm just home alone while mi padre is taking the college dude back to college who was on spring break. It's always really nice to have another guy in the house ;) The other college dude made a special trip out to his own home for a day or two before he also had to return to collegeland. ;)

I think i'll be here by my lonesome ( =) ) till wednesday.

An overdue post

I'm not at school right now. I have two pink eyes, one clogged/stuffy/running nose (it's weird man), and enough medicine to graduate as a pharmacist (....or something)

Last saturday my guitar class, Jammin 4 Jesus, had our 'premiere' of our DVD which was of our last concert. It's rather cool, not like blockbuster or anything, but i think it captures what our guitar class is about.

Oh, and last Sunday my dad took us (me, mommy, and the sister) out in the jeep! That was cool, we hit a puddle that was deeper than we thought, and a large wave was made that kind of had me concerned. But all in all no major stalls or anything in the trip. (we didn't even get stuck at all)
It wasn't as exciting as our Lilley offroad adventure with Josh! (that poor seagull)





As long as i'm posting about events well after the've happened...

My dad's cousins' son and his friends (i'm related to this family some how...or so i'm told) stopped by our house this past weekend on their way to Florida. These guys are in their twenties, so we had much fun. Then we went put-put on Saturday night. I didn't get a pic that really captured the "energy" of the experience, but it was quite enjoyable. Let's just say we didn't use the little tee off area that much (or the scorecard)

So, ya; i guess that's all the abnormal things i've done lately.

So it has begun

Yep, since i took the SAT's, most, if not all, colleges have gotten my email address. So here i am today (home from work early because their wasn't much for me to do) with an all time high of eleven unread emails in my inbox. (you thought i was kidding when i said my life was boring =D. Six of these were college related. At least I'm getting more options.


Right now I'm listening to oldies on AOL's XM radio service that comes with AIM. Man, i love that service. FREE XM RADIO!!! It's pretty sweet. Seems like there's always a new station i haven't seen. I'm usually listening to that or yahoo's launchcast player. That's pretty sweet too. Every song i rate with yahoo recommends more songs of that genre to be played. I like it alot. (Yes, it's free (with your yahoo account).

Like this is supposed to be something new or hard!?!

Ya, there's an official day, for everyone to go the whole day without turning on their compy's. I'll admit, especially with DSL, it's harder to not get on the computer and communicate with you wonderful people ;) but by no means impossible. I have actually had to start self-disciplining myself to not get on the computer for fun at least twice a week.

You know you might have gone too far with your puta' if you start saying the letters: "lol" or "brb" when talking to people face to face.

it is finished

Yes, my friends the 2007 Calvary Christian School Yearbook is (basically) done. All and every single page has been sent to the company in that wonderful land of the bagged milk: Canada (eh!) Yes, i had finished my page earlier, but my last deadline would not send over the internet because it was too big, so i was trying to get it to send in between classes. It finally finished sending after about 3-4 hours, so, in essence, the yearbook is done, just the last deadline has to be proofed and then the yearbook will be printed and shipped back to us sometime in April i think.

So ya, that's why i haven't posted in a little bit.

I rented Invincible last night. Not a bad movie, not a great movie. It's weird, there were all these scenes of him (Mark Wahlberg aka: Vince Papale) jogging to keep in shape and i was thinking: how many people have i seen jogging that are not wearing headphones? Few if any. Kinda sad that, today, we almost always have to put ourselves in "entertainment cages" to go almost anywhere. Hey, i wear headphones when i ride my bike too, but i have realized that it is an isolated experience when i finish bike riding. Anywho, i'm gonna stop here because i'm not sure where i'm going with this.

Here's a sweet video i found, so at least this post has some purpose. I've always loved slo-mo. I think you could put almost anything in slo-mo and will be at least 2.73 times cooler.
