I thought this was funny

almost finished

Before I say anything else, kudos to Davy for helping me post that video.

I was at school till 7:04 yesterday. Again, i was trying finishing another yearbook page, but this is the last deadline, so (as long as I'm a good little boy) i won't be staying after school after this month.

As promised here is the panorama from our ski trip

That was an amazing time up in the cold.

I don't really know how to explain this next picture except that....it....just kinda happened.

I forgot about this. I rarely get any snail mail as it is (another reason my life is in the top 3 of "most boring lives of all time"), so you can imagine my excitement when i got mail with a message from the post master general!

Also featuring in this post: Calvin & Hobbes!

I've seen snow!!?!

Yes, my friends, my family has traveled five hours northward to Boone North Carolina (Sugar Mt. to be specific) for a wintry wonderland excursion. While everyone else chose their two fiberglass "sticks" i opted for a wide, single sheet of pure slip' slidin' fun! I love snowboarding, and i guess i'm getting better every time i go, but i'm not good enough to know that i don't know how good i really am. I had a lot of fun though. Just my arms are pretty tired today from many little falls and having to take my bindings on and off. I also got to get out of school so it was not so crowded on the mountain! Like I said, i didn't not have any major wipeouts, just..... losing my balance every now and then. I'll post a panorama i took from the top of the mountain later.

In other news, my youth pastor has been called to help start new churches with this other new church. So, after this month we'll be looking for a new youth pastor. Yes, i wish he did not have to leave (he is not moving though =), but it is more exciting to see a big part of God's plan unfold in front of me.

A long day

Today had more "speed bumps" than usual. I was pretty tired when i awoke, so i made a cup of hot chocolate (I'm trying to postpone my addiction to coffee). This actually went well, but then it took me longer than i wanted to walk the dog, so i was a little rushed to get to the store to get some more supplies for the school store our class runs (yes, at school). But mechanical pencils are a lot more expensive than i had imagined, so i couldn't get as many as i wanted. As I'm pulling out of the store parking lot, i feel a slight burning sensation in my upper right thigh. I looked down to realize i had accidentally put a considerable amount of my hot chocolate on my pants. And then in my somewhat hurried mind (still coping with the realization that i had lost some of my enjoyment from my coca mug) took a slightly longer route to school. So i wound up only one minute late, but it was all good. Except that i had to go around all day with a brown spot on my pants. That wasn't so bad, i got to have a lot of fun with that =) I also got to skip work to stay at school till 6:45 to work on yearbook.

Yearbook is cool, just a lot of work. I actually make more work than i should, i just don't want to mess up the pages. I don't think i would stay that late unless there was a deadline.

So that's about it, guitar starts again next Saturday! I leave ya'll with another Calvin & Hobbes:

Just Thinkin...

How many times a day do you hear, "For more information, visit our website..." Does that annoy anyone else? Like it's too much trouble to actually help someone. (Remember, I'm just thinking.) Yes, the internet is an excellent tool, but I don't think we've done a lot of new things with it. Most of the time we use new technology to make old things easier and better.

Anywho, i can't think of much else right now, so hear are some Japanese pictures that were forwarded to me.
